If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that breaches copyright, or if you feel that your intellectual property rights have been violated. Then you should inform MadeInIndia about this breach issue and ask for a claim in accordance with the procedure set henceforth.

We will investigate the alleged breaches and take appropriate actions under the Digital Copyright Act ("DCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to content breach.

The process on your side begins with informing us about the breech in an email addressed to info.legal@madeinindia.design.

We advise you to add the following details in your email, for better execution of the investigation process.

• Signature of the authorized person
• Your address and contact information
• Description of your work that you claim to be copied
• Your statement of penalty or punishment for this act of breech.

If there is a case of counter-notice of copyrights, which means that your access to intellectual property was removed, which you created combining with some other entity.

In such a case we will send your counter notice to the current owner of your intellectual property and investigate as per laws.
