Crowdfunding is a two way relationship where majorly 2 user roles are involved. So the agreement will be dependent on both the sides. Some of the major rules to be followed as a part of best practices are as below:

• The funds promised at the time of business contract have to be given in a timely manner.

• The development team is bound to complete the project. You cannot leave the project half-way

• Any change in roles and responsibility of ownership will be clearly conveyed to both the ends.

• Change of schedule in any process will be informed well in advance to the other team.

• Any member from any of the team is bound to keep the data or any information within the company and not leak it to the outside world for personal benefits.

• In case of any disputes or disagreements, you will inform us first rather than taking legal action all by yourself you can always negotiate amongst yourself.
